Learning & Growth Budget 📖​

We're thrilled to provide a minimum yearly training budget, ensuring employees' professional growth remains a top priority. We encourage everyone at Ceataec to utilise this budget for the following opportunities:

  • Books: Find some interesting reads to dive into, whether it's related to work or just something you've been curious about!
  • Conferences: Get out there and network! Attend some conferences to meet new people, learn new things, and have a great time!
  • Courses: Want to level up your skills? Feel free to sign up for some courses online or maybe even attend some in-person workshops!

Training / Cycling Budget 🚲​

As remote employees, we don't always get the exercise we should. We will support you with a range of activities to help keep you active. Whether that's a gym membership, hiking equipment, or cycling equipment.

Ocean Focus 🌊​

We are deeply passionate about the ocean and making sure the maritime industry grows into a future we’re proud of both technically but also environmentally. At Ceataec we love getting out into the wilderness and exposing ourselves to challenges we’re currently facing in our ocean. To help you explore this amazing world we support Ceataec employees with the following for whoever is interested

  • Time off work to volunteer at a local aquarium, ocean research centre or ocean cleanup initiative.
  • Sponsorship of a PADI or SSI open water scuba diving certificate.
  • Sponsorship of a beginner learning to sail course.
